The Iomega Screenplay Plus is an external hard drive specifically designed to store and play media content. The drive is compatible with both computers and televisions. Videos, music and photos typically are downloaded to the drive from a computer; the drive is then connected to a TV so the files can be played. To watch different content using the Screenplay Plus, you choose a new file to view from the file type menu.
