Whenever your HD audio bus devices begin to work inefficiently, or not at all, you can use Microsoft's Fix It utility to get to the bottom of the problem and correct it automatically. If you have an Internet connection, all you have to do is visit the Microsoft support site and run the utility from that location. Fix It will scan your high-definition audio bus and devices for errors and improper configurations, then restore them back to working order.
