Grasp the T-tube (located above the front wheel) with one hand between the collar clamp and the quick release clamp.
Rotate the joint lever (located midway up the steering column) with the other hand. This releases the steering column from the locked position.
Pivot the steering column to the upright position. When fully upright, the joint lever will automatically lock. Your scooter is ready to ride.
