How to Create a Gift Certificate Template

Gift tokens can be created with ease by using the templates that are available from Microsoft, Google Documents, and OpenOffice. Download the template and customise the gift token template. Once the template is customised, save the template so it is available for future gift token project needs.

Click the "File" tab and select "New." Click the "Gift Certificates" icon. Review the available gift token templates that appear.

Download the template by clicking it and the "Download" icon. Replace the default company information with your company information. Add gift token amount, authorised personnel, and gift token conditions to the template.

Save the template by clicking the "Save" icon on the Quick Access Toolbar.

Go to the Google Document template gallery. Type "Gift Certificate" in the search box. Click "Search Templates."

Review the available gift tokens templates that appear. Download the template by clicking the "Use This Template" button. The template opens in Google Documents.

Replace the default company information with your company information. Add gift token amount, authorised personnel, and gift token conditions to the template.

Save the template by clicking the "Save" icon on the menu.

Go to the OpenOffice template gallery. Type "Gift Certificate" in the search box. Press the "Enter" key.

Review the available gift tokens templates that appear. Download the template by clicking the "Use This" button. The template opens on your computer.

Replace the default company information with your company information. Add gift token amount, authorised personnel, and gift token conditions to the template.

Save the template by clicking the "Save" icon on the menu.
