The Nuvi 205W series of GPS units provides turn-by-turn notifications while navigating you to your desired location. The devices include 3-D maps with labelled street names to help relieve stress when driving through unfamiliar, busy areas. Every year, Garmin, the 205W series developer, updates its maps to ensure that the streets and street names are current. Unlike other devices, the Nuvi doesn't receive street updates via satellite. Instead, you will need to install the maps on your computer.
