Lunch gives you a relaxed setting to conduct a business transaction. Free from the confines of an office, you can build a professional bond while concluding details of a proposal. Send a business lunch invitation to prospective clients, existing clients or to management personnel within your office. Select and reserve the location, schedule the date and determine the amount of invitees. Before you prepare your invitations, evaluate the advantages of printed invitations compared to written ones and make your choice.

    Prepare a list of invitees with their current business mailing address.

    Create a formal salutation. Prefix the name with their current title, such as Ms., Mrs. or Mr. Include the total name, such as III or Jr.

    Prepare an RSVP card. Incorporate a box for "Yes, I can attend," or "No, I am unable to attend."

    Place the invitation and RSVP card into the envelope. Address the envelope. Add a stamp and send through the mail.
