The C0000219 Fatal System Error is caused by having bad system files on your computer's start-up disk or by having a bad driver on your hard drive. This can cause the infamous "Blue Screen of Death" on your Windows computer. You can fix this problem by using the Windows 7 recovery options that came with your computer. These recovery options will allow you to repair your start-up disk and get your system back up and running.

Reboot your computer with your Windows 7 installation disc in the computer's optical drive.

Click on your language setting in the menu that appears and then click the "Next" button.

Click the "Repair your computer" option in the menu.

Click on your Windows 7 operating system in the menu that appears and click the "Next" button.

Click on the "Startup Repair" tool in the menu and wait for the tool to fix your start-up disk.

Restart your system.
