  1. 1

Go to a trucks' manufacturer website, for instance, Toyota, Honda or Ford, depending on the truck you want to design online. You can also go to a website like Goparkway (see Resources) that allows you to customise trucks by different manufacturers.

  2. 2

Select a truck model from the ones available on the website, and specify the model year, for instance, 2011 or 2010.

  3. 3

Select a cab size and bed length for the truck, if the particular manufacturer allows this customisation. For instance, for a Toyota truck, you can specify if you want "Regular" cab or "Double" cab. Similarly, you can choose "Short" bed, "Large" bed or "Standard" bed size, depending on its utility.

  4. 4

Specify if you want four-wheel drive or two-wheel drive truck.

  5. 5

Specify the engine size and transmission--for instance "2.7 litre 4-cylinder" or "4.0 litre V6" and "Manual" or "Automatic" transmission.

  6. 6

Select exterior and interior colours from the available colour options.

  7. 7

Choose exterior and interior accessories for the truck, such as, "bed extender," "bed mat," "cargo net," "first aid kit," "carpet floor mats," "off road alloy wheels," "wheel locks" and more. Each accessory item you add to the truck will cost you an additional fee, which will be indicated on the page.

  8. 8

Go through the "Summary" page to go through all the specifications of the truck that you have specified. Click the "Print" button to print it out for your records. To contact a dealer for a price quote, click the "Request a Quote" button.
