An LED message fan's blades have light-emitting diodes mounted on them. While the blades of the miniature fan spin, the lights flash on and off in a programmed pattern that appears as letters and numbers to make a message. Companies often put their logo on the LED fans and give them out to customers and employees as attention-getting novelty gifts. The fans deliver a message while cooling the recipient with a soft breeze. Easily program an LED fan to change the message.
