RealPlayer is an audio and video playback software available for free via the Internet. When you install RealPlayer, the settings automatically make RealPlayer your default media player. This means whenever you open an audio file, RealPlayer is the software used. To change this setting, you can edit your RealPlayer preferences. These settings disable RealPlayer from acting as your default media player. To completely disable RealPlayer, you need to remove all file types from the media list.
