The 110 error code on a Dell system is caused by a faulty hardware driver. The hardware on your computer requires drivers to operate properly with the computer. When the drivers are faulty, you will not be able to use the hardware on your system. Update the drivers by using the Windows Update software that came with your computer. Windows Update will scan your computer and update the drivers required to run your hardware properly.
