Fatal system error C00002a occurs when you attempt to connect a new device or component to your computer and Windows encounters an error condition. The typical error message is "The Windows Logon Process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000034 (0x00000000 0x0000000)." You may not be able to use the computer until you fix this error.

The easiest way to rectify this error is to restore your computer to its last known good configuration. Performing this task will not cause you to lose any personal data stored on the hard drive, but you will need to reinstall any software that you added since the selected restore point date. In addition, you may see changes in your registry settings and system configuration.
