Owners of Konica Minolta printers and copiers will go through a lot of toner cartridges during the lives of their machines, and how those empty cartridges are handled is critical. The chemicals used in the manufacture of toner can be harmful if they seep into the environment, so keeping those consumables out of landfills is important. Fortunately, Konica Minolta makes it very easy for their customers to do the right thing and recycle their toner cartridges.

  • Box
  • Packing materials
  • Used toner cartridge
  • Packing tape
  • Shipping label

Instructions

  1. 1

    Remove the new Konica Minolta toner cartridge from its box. Set aside all of the packing materials used to secure the cartridge in transit.

  2. 2

    Use the packing materials from the new cartridge to secure the old toner cartridge. Place the old toner cartridge in the box the new one came in.

  3. 3

    Tape the box shut securely with packing tape. Make sure the box is securely sealed.

  4. 4

    Affix the shipping label that came with the new print cartridge. Take the box to the closest post office for shipment.
