The Canon Pixma MX310 is an all-in-one colour office printer that performs scanning, copying, printing and faxing. It offers 4800x1200 resolution scans, resulting in ultra-high-quality border-loss photo printing. Fully compatible with Windows 7, the printer was first released in 2007 with network connectivity and advanced paper handling features that put it into the low-budget business printing market. When your printer runs out of ink, you can reset its ink store by replacing the cartridge.
