How to Setup Weights for a Fade Taylor Made R7 460 Driver

Updated February 21, 2017

The Taylor Made R7 460 driver was among the first drivers that introduced new customisable technologies. This driver allows you to transfer weights in the head of the club to allow for different ball flights with your swing. One of the adjustments you can make will help you hit a fade, which means that your ball will travel in a trajectory from left to right for a right-handed hitter (vice versa for a left-handed golfer).

Remove any weighted screws already in your club with the screwdriver provided with the club.

Locate your 16-gram weighted screw and insert it into the toe end of the back of the club.

Insert the standard screws into the heel end of the club and the centre of the club.
