You're obviously not going to be friends with everyone on Facebook, but that doesn't mean you can't view pictures of people you're not friends with, as long as those people have their profile set to "Public." You can view people's public pictures by clicking on their profile and viewing their pictures; all of their public pictures will appear if they have any.

Log in to your Facebook account or create one if you do not have one. You must have an account to view pictures. You can create a Facebook account by using Facebook's "Sign up" form on the Facebook website.
Type the name of the person whose public pictures you want to see in the "Search" box. Click "See More Results" when the search results appear. Click "People" on the left side of the screen.
If the person whose pictures you want to view did not show up during the initial search, enter his location, workplace or school in the provided text boxes and click "Refine Search" to narrow the search.
Click on the person whose pictures you want to view. Her profile will appear. Click on the "Pictures" tab to view her public pictures. If the "Picture" tab is not visible, then she has her profile set to "Private" and does not have public pictures.
Tips and warnings
- Sometimes the "Picture" tab appears and is clickable, but a message pops up alerting you that the person has his profile set to private when you click the tab.
