How to Install Vista's Default Game "Mahjong" to XP

Mahjong comes prepackaged on a myriad of Microsoft Windows operating systems. This popular puzzle game occupies computer users for hours on end. Windows Vista computers have the same version of Mahjong standard as do XP computers; however, you can reinstall this version regardless. Following a few simple steps, even the most basic computer user can install Mahjong onto a Windows XP machine.

    Go to the Mahjong installation website (see Resources). Click "Download." Press "Save" if prompted by XP to do so. Allow the download to complete.

    Double-click the program you downloaded. Accept the license agreement and press "Install." Enter your e-mail address when prompted to do so; this will automatically send an activation code to your e-mail address.

    Run MahJong Suite by going to "Start," "Games" and "Mahjong." Once prompted, enter the activation code you received in your e-mail. You will now be able to play the Vista version of Mahjong on your XP computer.
