How to Open an Elsafe

Updated February 21, 2017

Elsafe's Sentinel electronic safe mounts on a solid shelf or on an optional pedestal for floor mounting. It measures 7.8 inches high by 16.1 inches wide and 16.1 inches deep, making it suitable for storing valuables, important documents and other items you need to keep secure. The safe is made of steel and uses a locking latch that hooks the door to the frame if a tool is forced between them, to prevent someone from breaking in.

Type your four-digit code into the safe's keypad.

Grasp the handle of the door on the front of the safe.

Pull open the door.

Tip

If you forget the code to open your safe, call SafeDecisions technical support at 1-800-723-3332 for instructions on getting an emergency open code.
