Automated greeting cards allow you to send holiday greetings and well wishes online. The automated greeting card system allows you to pick an online greeting card, also referred to as an ecard, write in your greeting and choose the date you want the recipient to receive the card in her e-mail inbox. Send automated greeting cards using free or paid online services.

Instructions

    Go to the 123 Greetings website.

    Select the type of greeting card you want to send. Click on the "Send this card" link.

    Fill in your sender details, such as your name and e-mail address, your personalised message, and the name and e-mail address of the recipient. Click on the "Add Receiver" button.

    Choose the date that you want the recipient to receive the ecard. Fill in the calendar date in the box near the "When do you want to send this ecard?" instruction.

    Check the notification box or boxes of your preference.

    Click on the "Preview" button to see how the greeting card will appear to the recipient.

    Click the "Send this ecard" button to send your automated greeting card.

    Visit the Blue Mountain website or the American Greetings website and click on the "Sign In" button, if you are already a member of either website.

    Click "Join" or "Start your free trial now," if you are not a member.

    Type your e-mail address in the "New Customers Email" box and click on "Continue."

    Fill in your information details, such as your name, address and telephone number.

    Select a membership plan: one month, one year or two years. Click on the "Continue" button.

    Select a payment option: Credit card, echeck or "Bill Me Later." Fill in your payment information and click on the "Submit" button.

    Log in to the website using your e-mail address and password, after confirming your membership and e-mail address.

    Choose the type of greeting card you want to send. Click on the "Send this card" link.

    Fill in the sender details, such as your name and e-mail address, your message, and the name and e-mail address of the receiver.

    Fill in the date that you want the recipient to get the ecard. This may be in a box near the words "Send Greeting On."

    Click on the "Preview" button to preview the greeting card. Click the "Send" button to send your automated greeting card.
