Microsoft PowerPoint slide shows offer a visual way of presenting information. Converting your slide show to a PDF file allows for a smaller file size, which makes sharing your presentation easier. With a smaller file you can e-mail presentations. Also, creating a PDF will prevent others from changing your PowerPoint presentation. Microsoft has developed an add-in that allows for easy conversion and works with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft PowerPoint.
