The Sony DAV-Z1V is a DVD speaker system that has a surround-sound speaker connection with a built-in DVD player. Also, you are able to hook up additional equipment, such as cable receivers and televisions. However, many electronic devices still use RCA (composite) cable connections, which the Sony DAV-Z1V doesn't have. In order to hook up this equipment, you must convert the cable connection.
