Virgin Mobile is a prepaid wireless and broadband service provider. If you have a Virgin Mobile account, you will have the ability to set up a six-digit VM passcode. This allows you to access your account, add funding to your device and switch services online. Visit the Virgin Mobile website (see Resources) and select "Log in."
Click the "Forgot Password" link. Wait for the "Lost Account PIN" screen to appear.
Enter your mobile phone number into the appropriate field, then select your "Secret Question" from the drop-down menu. The secret question is the question that you designated as a hint to retrieve your password when you first set up the account.
Enter the answer for your secret question in the appropriate field and select whether you want to receive your passcode by text message or e-mail.
Open the text or e-mail message to retrieve your Virgin Mobile account passcode.
Store your Virgin Mobile passcode in a safe place, just in case you forget it.
