How to Fix Adobe Acrobat Failed to Load Its Core Dll

When an application's core library does not work anymore, your application can no longer run because the components it depends on do not load. You solve this problem by downloading a fresh copy of Adobe Reader and installing it with "Repair" selected. This also installs the core DLL from the application, which contains all the vital functions for it to work.

    Go to the Adobe Reader download page (see Resources).

    Indicate where to save your installer and wait for the download to finish.

    Browse to the location where you downloaded the file and double-click the file. Wait for the installer to finish processing the installation.

    Click "Next" and select "Repair."

    Click "Install." Just let the installation finish and click "Finish" when done.
