To edit a Windows XP screen saver you need to open the screen saver's Option Settings dialogue box. Each screen saver has its own unique set of available options which may be edited to suit your preferences. For example, you may edit the colour, style, speed, or resolution setting of a screen saver if the option is available in that screen saver's settings. To access a screen saver's Option Settings dialogue box you may either go through the Windows Display Properties box or open the settings directly from the screen saver file.
