"Rock Band," a music simulation game for the Xbox 360, includes a number of songs that may be purchased through your Xbox 360 and downloaded to your hard drive. There might be times you need to delete some of your downloaded "Rock Band" songs on your Xbox 360 because of space limitations. If you need to redownload, or "reload," these songs to your Xbox 360's hard drive again you can do that from your Xbox 360's main menu.

Skill level:

  1. 1

    Turn on your Xbox 360.

  2. 2

Sign in with the profile, or gamertag, you used to buy the "Rock Band" songs previously. Select this gamertag and press the "A" button on your controller.

  3. 3

Press the "Guide" button on your controller. This is the giant silver and green "X" on your controller located in between the "Start" and "Select" buttons.

  4. 4

Naviagte to the "Settings" tab. Select "Account Management" and press the "A" button. Navigate to "Download History" and press the "A" button.

  5. 5

Select the "Rock Band" song you wish to redownload and press "A." The song is downloaded to your hard drive again free of charge. Repeat the steps for each song you wish to load back onto your Xbox 360 hard drive.
