Dress as Little Red Riding Hood for Halloween, costume parties, plays or for fun. This costume works for any age group. The most important part of the costume is the cape. Choose a cape that hangs to the lower back or back of the knees. If the cape is any longer, the wearer can trip over it. If a child is wearing the costume, supervise her while she's wearing the cape. For a storybook group theme, have another person dress up as the Big Bad Wolf and someone else as the Grandmother.
