How to Change Blocked Sites in Norton Antivirus

Norton Antivirus is a software program that protects a computer's operating system from viruses and other malware. There are many configurable settings within the program, including a parental control setting. This option allows a user to list certain websites by name and block all access to them. A user can change blocked sites in Norton Antivirus at any time.

    Open the Norton Antivirus program.

    Double-click the "Parental Control" icon to open a new window.

    Click the drop-down menu next to the line "Parental Control Settings for," then select the account for which you want to change the settings.

    Click the "Sites" button.

    Uncheck any boxes in the "Categories" section to allow access to that entire category of blocked sites.

    Click "Exceptions" to unblock a specific website. Choose the site to which you want to allow access, then click the "Add" button. Click "OK" to save the settings. Norton Antivirus software should now grant access to the site.
