Modern Toyota Tercels are equipped with a keyless remote entry system and a key that came with the Tercel. The keyless remote can unlock the doors, trunks (most models) and sound an alarm to assist in locating the car. All Toyota Tercels come equipped with a manufacturer's key to allow you to unlock your doors manually. Toyota allows owners to download the manual from their website after registering. No matter which method you decide to use, unlocking your Toyota Tercel is ... key!
