A Macintosh, or Mac, calendar is also known as iCal. It works the same way as Windows Calendar. You can use it to schedule meetings, events and appointments and program it to send you periodic reminders. If you wish to transfer all of the entries on your iCal to your Exchange-based Outlook Web server, you may want to sync your calendar with your Exchange server.

Launch iCal. Click the "iCal" tab, and select "Preferences."
Type your Outlook e-mail address under "Description." Type your Outlook user name under "User name" and type your password. You may see these entries already filled in. In that case, double-check every field to make sure it has the right credentials.
Click the tab that says "Server Settings."
Type your incoming server name under "Internal server." If you are unsure about your server name, contact IT Help Desk or your Internet service provider.
Type your outgoing server name under "External server." Once again, if you are unsure about your outgoing server name, contact IT Help Desk or your Internet service provider.
Leave the default entry for "Server path" for both internal and external server.
Place a check mark next to "Use SSL" for both internal and external server. This will ensure that all communications through your Outlook Web server are safe.
Close out of the "Preferences" window.
