Sometimes the audio of an AVI file is too quiet no matter how much you raise the volume on your speakers. There are many reasons why this may be. Sometimes the video source itself was too quiet, while other times it was encoded at a lower volume. Whatever the reason is, it's annoying, and it may seem impossible to fix. Thankfully, there are programs that can adjust the volume of an AVI audio stream, making it easier to enjoy files that were just too quiet before.
