This will redirect you to the activation site. Click on "I'm a new customer and I want to activate my Virgin Mobile phone." Enter your zip code and follow the step-by-step guide that walks you through registration, obtaining a new number and setting up and activating the account. Once the process is complete, the site will let you know when you can begin using your new phone.
Activate the account directly from your Virgin Mobile phone. When you purchased the phone, you should have received an instruction manual.
