You can customise your Windows Mobile home screen to fit your needs. Customising your home screen ensures that applications or programs you use frequently are easily accessible on the phone. You can remove tabs that are displayed on the home screen and change the order in which they appear. Although various models of the Windows Mobile phones are available, the steps to customise your home screen are similar for each one.

Select the "Settings" tab from the home screen, then touch "Customize Tabs."

Touch and hold the icon next to the application name, then drag it up or down on the tab list.

Uncheck the box next to any tabs you want to remove.

Touch "Done" to save your settings.

Select "Start," then select "Settings."

Select "Today" and select the "Items" tab.

Select "Windows Default" from the list of options, then select "OK."
