When you create a Word document and change the paper size, you may think you are restricted to that size until you create a document. In fact, you can change the paper and page size at any time. So if you have created an A5 document and need to shrink it to A6, you can easily do so at any time using the page layout tools. In Microsoft Office Word 2007, you can amend the page size in the Layout ribbon along the toolbar.
