Although the printer has the capability to automatically reset to calibrate the cartridges after you replace a toner cartridge, you may still need to manually reset the printer if you didn't enable the "Auto Toner Replace" setting in the Status Display screen on your computer before replacing the cartridges.

Close the front cover on your Konica Minolta magicolor 2400W printer after you've finished replacing the last toner cartridge. Push the cover securely in place.
Flip down the top cover and push down gently until it rests securely in its original position.
Press the "Cancel" key to clear the indicator message from the display and to reset the printer. Wait up to two minutes for the printer to calibrate and the green "Ready" indicator to turn on.
