How to Synchronize an Outlook Calendar With a Samsung Phone

All Samsung smartphones come with a software CD that allows users to install a program called Samsung PC Studio. PC Studio is a Windows-only application for managing multimedia and other types of content on your Samsung phone. For example, though PC Studio, you can synchronise data from the Microsoft Outlook application, including your calendar events and meeting notifications.

Launch the PC Studio on your computer from the "All Programs" list in the start menu.

Double-click on the "Phone Editor" icon.

Press the button labelled "Phone" underneath the "Phonebook" radio button.

Go to the "Organizer" tab at the top of the pop-up window.

Open the "File" menu at the top of the window and select "Import."

Highlight the Microsoft Outlook icon and click "Next."

Choose "Appointments" from the list of data types and click "Next" again. All Outlook calendar data will now be transferred to PC Studio.

Connect your Samsung phone to your computer using the included USB cable.

Right-click on "Calendar Appointments" on the right side of the main PC Studio window underneath the "PC" heading and select the "Copy" option.

Click on the "Appointments" option underneath the "Phone" heading. All Outlook calendar data will now be synchronised to your Samsung phone.
