Leggings have been around for a long time. They were extremely popular during the 1980s and have recently made their way back into the fashion world. There are a wide variety and styles of leggings available. But the footless leggings are an especially versatile accessory. They are so called accessories because while they are thick and opaque, they do not replace trousers. They are treated instead as accessories to accentuate the overall look.
