The Samsung SCX-6345N is a black-and-white, multifunction printer that can often be found in network setups, office and organisation environments. With the SCX-6345N, you can do things such as print, scan, fax and copy. While using the printer, you may need to change and tweak the settings to complete specific types of print, fax or scan jobs. All of these user-defined options can be reverted back to factory default settings when you want to reset the printer.

Turn on the printer.
Press the "Machine Setup" button in the upper left corner of the control panel.
Press the "Admin Setting" button on the touchscreen. Touch the password input area if the administrator set a password for the printer. Press the number keypad buttons to enter the password. Press the "OK" button on the touchscreen.
Press the "General" tab shown on the screen.
Press the "Default Settings" option. Press "Yes" to reset all at once the user settings configured on the printer, such as copy and scan options, fax settings and network and system options.
