Copy your executable AFUDOS file from the CD to your USB flash drive. Restart your computer.
Enter the string below (once your command prompt comes up on your screen):
afudos /i[name of BIOS file]
Give your system time to complete the update and do not turn off your machine during this process. Once your update concludes, your system returns to the command prompt. Take out your USB drive and restart your system. Go to your BIOS menu and select the "Setup Default" option. Save and restart your computer to complete the process.
