You've created and personalised a birthday card for your friend, but just realised the only paper you have on hand for printing is A4 paper. Don't panic; the PC Mag website explains, "A4 paper is slightly narrower and a little longer than "A" size 8.5" x 11" paper." In general A4 paper, with the exception of North America, is the standard letter size. Which means printing birthday cards on A4 paper is only slightly different than printing birthday cards on standard letter-sized paper.
