Having a larger, rounder bottom is something more and more people are using surgery to achieve. However, there are ways to make your butt rounder naturally without resorting to surgery. Celebrities with famous derrières like Beyonce and Jennifer Lopez haven't used surgery to get their curves. All it takes is eating right and doing the right exercises. You can even trick people into thinking you have a rounder butt just by what you wear.

Skill level:

  1. 1

Eat plenty of good fats. Good fats are an essential part of a healthy diet. Eating well will help you lose weight around your waist, and this will make your butt look bigger. Essential fatty acids found in foods like oily fish, avocado and nuts increase your metabolic rate and increase the amount of fat you burn.

  2. 2

Do plenty of squats. Exercising your gluteal muscles will tone them and make them look rounder and perkier. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart with your feet pointing forward. Slowly bend your knees and lower your body with your bottom sticking out behind you. Make sure you can clearly see your toes in front of you. Hold for three seconds then raise yourself back up. Do three sets of 15 repetitions each day.

  3. 3

Wear jeans that make your butt look perkier and rounder. Look for jeans that have back pockets high up on the butt to lift it up. Also, low-rise jeans help create an illusion of a fuller derrière. Many clothes designers make jeans that purposely lift your butt. Brands such as True Religion and J Brand are known for their butt-lifting qualities.

  4. 4

Research noninvasive ways to enhance your butt. There are many companies that make food supplements that claim to thin down your waist and make your butt look bigger. Take one capsule a day with a meal to help speed the process.
