How to Edit Email Addresses in Outlook Contacts

If a business or personal contact changes his or her e-mail address, you may want to make an update in your Microsoft Outlook contacts. In Outlook 2010, you may store up to three e-mail address per contact.

    Open Outlook 2010. Navigate to and select the "Contact" tab on the bottom left-hand side.

    Select "Contacts" from the left-hand pane.

    Choose the contact you want to edit by double-clicking.

    Select the email address you want to edit. Enter the new e-mail address, then click "Save and Close."
