Nikon offers a wide variety of digital SLR cameras for home and studio use. When the viewfinder on your DSLR camera becomes dirty or dusty, it can become difficult to see through. Instructions

  1. 1

    Turn off the camera.

  2. 2

Use a lens blower to remove any loose dust or dirt from the viewfinder. Squeeze the end of the brush to control the air flow. You can use an aerosol blower, but hold it vertically to prevent fluid from leaking out onto the viewfinder.

  3. 3

Apply lens cleaner to a soft cloth. The cloth should be only slightly damp. Wipe the viewfinder with gentle pressure to remove any fingerprints, smudges or residue.
