Garmin sells a variety of electronics gear, including GPS devices and other products with screens. These are usually touch screens, which can wear out and stop working over time. To avoid voiding your warranty, get your product replacement parts directly through Garmin. Since you can't order a screen by itself, the actual replacement will be done by Garmin service technicians.

Gather the information you need to start the process of replacing your Garmin screen. This includes your shipping address and telephone number, and the serial number for your Garmin product.
Contact Garmin Technical Support by calling 1-866-739-5687. The Technical Support representative will give you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and dock number. These are needed to send in your Garmin for a replacement screen. Provide the information you gathered in Step 1.
Place your Garmin product in a secure package. Make sure it's well padded so it won't be damaged during shipping. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Write the address on the package where you will be sending your Garmin product to get the screen replaced. As of September 2020 the address was:

Olathe, Kansas 66062
Between the street address and city, state and zip code, write the RMA number as well as the "Dock Door" dock number you were assigned. When the product is returned to you, the screen will have been replaced
