If you have Adobe Creative Suite CS4 on your Mac or PC and want to install a newer version, you first have to remove the CS4 edition. Instead of just using the automatic uninstall on your computer, like you may do with other programs, you have to use a special Clean Script from Adobe. This is because the auto-uninstall does not completely remove the Adobe program. The only way to completely uninstall it is to do it manually with the Adobe Clean Script, which you can do on your own.
