Push in the "Unlock" button, gently, on the left side of the lock.
Twist the first number dial on the left of the lock until it is on the correct number for your combination. If this is a new lock, the combination is "0000" until you reset it.
Twist the additional number dial's for the second, third and fourth numbers of the combination lock, repeating Step 2.
Twist the lock counterclockwise, while continuing to push and hold in the "Unlock" button on the side.
Pull the combination lock away from the laptop, gently. Do not pull the lock out with force; it may damage your laptop. If the lock does not come off without difficulty, repeat Step 4.
