How to Turn on Wireless Synchronization in a BlackBerry

BlackBerry Desktop Manager enables you to sync your contacts, address book and music from your phone to your computer. But first you have to enable your wireless synchronisation feature.

    Click on your "BlackBerry Menu" button to open the home screen. This button has the BlackBerry icon on it and is located to the left of the trackball or trackpad.

    Select "Calender." Click on your trackball, trackpad or the "Enter" button to open the application.

    Click on your "BlackBerry Menu" button to open the "Options" menu.

    Select "Options" from the list.

    Click on your e-mail address under "Calendars."

    Click on "No" next to "Wireless Synchronization." Use your trackball or trackpad to highlight "Yes." Click the "Back Arrow" button and select "Save." Exit the application.

    Repeat these steps while in the address book, messages, e-mail and music applications to turn the wireless sync options on for each app.
