Adobe Acrobat Professional allows you to modify, create and add unique security features to PDF files. When installed, Adobe Acrobat plug-ins are automatically inserted into Microsoft Office Suite, giving you access to PDF printing and saving. If you have just purchased a new version of Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro, you must activate the software within 30 days. Choose the "Recommended" install when prompted. In the final stage of installation, Acrobat 9 Pro will activate your license over the Internet; no action is necessary on part. If you do not have an Internet connection, activate your license by calling Adobe customer service at 800-833-6687.
Give the activation license number provided in the Activation screen to the Adobe representative. The representative will then give you an activation authorisation code. Enter your activation code.
