Embed MP4 files in a manner similar to the way you embed WMV or MIDI files. Just like other file types, embedded MP4 files require a HTML code that includes the embedded file's size settings and settings for how the file will play. Embedding an MP4 file does not require an extensive HTML knowledge, however a general understanding of HTML coding is necessary.
