How to manually add trackers to utorrent
A tracker serves as a central reporting server in BitTorrent. (Network connection image by Fantasista from Fotolia.com)

Torrent trackers are servers that your torrent program uses to get the peer information for the torrent you are downloading. The torrent tracker is responsible for initially connecting you with all of the peers connected with that tracker. While the torrent file you download will include at least one tracker address, you may wish to add more trackers for your file. Fortunately, you can use UTorrent to manually add multiple trackers for the torrent.
