The Canon PIXMA iP3000 is a personal inkjet printer that features USB connectivity, compatibility with Windows/Macintosh computer systems and photo printing capability. Along with the software suite that comes with your PIXMA iP3000, the device features a waste ink counter that will automatically prohibit the printer from functioning when the waste ink pads are deemed full. If you believe the waste ink pads have a little life left, you can reset the ink waste counter to restore the printer's functionality.
